How to Shut Down and Start Up Dispensing Equipment During Covid-19

In light of Covid-19 and its impact on foodservice operations, please use the following instructions to shut down and start up your beverage dispensing equipment. Instructions: Due to the complexity of dispenser installations, we recommend contacting your service provider if you plan to shut down any equipment. Dispense equipment installations include utilities and sources such as water, gas, electric, bag-in-boxes and food that interact with other equipment and the entire system should be considered. If there are extended periods of time where your equipment is not being used, we recommend following the sanitization, preventative maintenance, and startup guidelines that are outlined in your ownerā€™s manuals.
